The hotel is conveniently located, with Taksim Square and the Old City within walking distance. You can easily explore the city from here. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with LCD TVs and free Wi-Fi. The staff is friendly and always ready to assist you. The bathrooms are nice and clean, with all the necessary amenities provided. The breakfast is good, although not extremely varied. The hotel also offers a great balcony with fantastic views of the city.
The main road near the hotel can be a bit noisy at night, which might disturb your sleep.

I was kinda surprised by my recent stay at Santa Hill. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from Taksim Square and Istiklal Street. I enjoyed exploring the vibrant area and being able to easily access both the square and Galata Tower Square. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, especially Emrah, Ali, and Amina. They made sure I had everything I needed and provided excellent service.

I had a superb stay at this hotel. the staff were impressive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Secondly, the rooms had a beautiful Ottoman interior just like in the photos, and I especially loved having a balcony. Lastly, the breakfast provided was both delicious and healthy, making it the perfect way to start the day. All of these positive aspects made my stay truly enjoyable.
No improvements needed, everything was okay.

The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel like we were at home. The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to the bustling Istiklal pedestrian street and the bus stand. The hotel facilities were great, with clean and well-maintained rooms and bathrooms. The breakfast provided was delicious and offered a variety of healthy options. The hotel provided convenient transportation services, including transfers to and from the airport.
